Sales staff was very accommodating. Test drove several & then sat down to business. We've leased 3 GM vehicles in years past, Chevy Corsica & 2 Buick Rendezvous. We leased with another Mfg for a few years but really wanted to get back to a dealership closer to home for service. I really liked my 2 Rendezvous, I work for a GM Supplier & I noticed the new Envision at the grocery store parking lot & thought to myself, 'that's a sharp looking car', so naturally I wanted to test drive one. I did & loved it! That's the one I took home that day. Smooth ride, pleasing to the eye & innovative technology...what more could one want!
Jim Murphy is whom helped my husband and I. He was not pushy. He helped answer questions we had and gave us his opinion on certain options. Never steered us in any direction, just helped. We felt very comfortable as we didn't want to rush into any certain vehicle.
This is 3rd vehicle I have purchased from this dealership in 3 yrs. All three experiences were enjoyable. No high pressure sales. Salesman Jim Murphy is always patient, pleasant, informative and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate the customer. Dealership owner has always been on site, accessible, involved with sales team and customer when needed and reasonably accommodating. Great place, wonderful sales team!

I had been waiting on the “perfect” match to trade my car in for a newer version. It’s nice having a personal relationship with Calvin. I reached out to him Sunday to let him know I found my perfect car and Monday morning he told me to fill out an application and by 3:00 he told me to come pick up my car. He even found me a lower interest rate. I LOVE my car!
Kutztown Auto is the place to go and the dealer to deal with. Doesn't matter if they don't have the vehicle you want, they will find it...and pretty quickly, if it is a vehicle that is out there and close by.
